A thorough and impartial investigation is essential to any grievance or disciplinary process and yet employers regularly fall foul of the tribunal because of errors in the investigation.

By outsourcing their investigations to an independent specialist, employers are more able to demonstrate fairness in the process and reduce the risk of the matter escalating to the Tribunal.
